Optimization of the Stacking Plans for Precast Concrete Slab Based on Assembly Sequence

Precast concrete (PC) slabs are widely used in the assembly of residential buildings. The PC manufactured at factory and then arranged stacks for transport to construction site assembly. Currently, optimization stacking plans focuses on yard-space utilization transportation efficiency rarely considers sequence; secondary sequencing prefabricated elements is required during meet lifting scheme, which leads increased preparation time risk worker injury. To enable crews generate rapidly systematically improve on-site components, this paper proposes a storage-location allocation model with two objectives: reduce secondary-sorting workload increase stability slabs. At same time, it must match characteristics problem. prevent solution from falling into local optimum evolution particle swarm algorithm, we introduce an elitist learning strategy, can solutions when group converges. Finally, verify our algorithm through example simulations. simulation results show that, compared traditional method, generated by method have lower higher using number storage racks.
